Switch Call is a unique feature which helps you stay connected even if your internet connectivity (through 3G/4G or Wi-Fi) is disabled or not accessible. You can simply switch from VoIP calling to mobile calling* with just a click.
You can click "Switch Call" button on the mobile app if current call quality is deteriorating or call drops due to lack of data network. Once Switch call is activated, our system will initiate the call to your last dialed phone number via access number. You need not dial the destination number again.
This feature is currently available in US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, France, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland and Hong Kong.
