Reliance Global Call App is free to download. To download the App, open Google Play store and search for Reliance Global Call App. Register with Reliance Global Call App using our Trial Offer to experience the quality of service that we offer

How do I recharge my RGC account from the App?

You can recharge your account from the Add Credit option available in the Menu. Follow the simple instruction on your screen and use your credit card to make payments. Post successful payment the credit amount will appear in your balance within 30 mins

How do I add new contact?

Reliance Global Call App uses your phone’s contact list. You can add new contacts to your phone ’s contact list and they will sync automatically with RGC App or you can add new contacts within the application also. Please ensure that contacts are saved with appropriate country codes before dialing from contacts.

Can I upload my profile picture using the App?

Yes, you can upload your profile picture from the My Profile section in Settings.

Click on the profile picture icon and use the option to upload image from the phone gallery or use the option to click picture from your phone camera

How can I invite my friends and relatives to use Reliance Global Call App?

You can invite friends and family to Reliance Global Call App via SMS, email or by sharing invitation on your social networking profile (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+) too. How do I make international calls using Reliance Global Call Android App?

  1. You can make calls to international numbers from the Reliance Global Call Application by dialing international numbers with proper country code on dial pad screen of the application.
  2. You can also make calls to saved Contacts from the Contact list of the App.

 

Troubleshooting and Support

I have changed my PIN from the website. Will this get reflected automatically in Reliance Global Call Android App?

No. You will have to logout from the application and login using the new PIN. Unless you do this your calls will fail.

Can I view my account balance on the app?

Yes. Your current account balance is visible on the Reliance Global Call App. It is available on top of your screen and also on the dial pad.

What should I do if I face trouble while using the Reliance Global Call App for Androids?

Our ‘Report an Issue’ feature is a handy option if you face any issue while using the app. In the Settings option of the app, tap the ‘Help’ tab and click ‘Report an Issue’ on the new window that opens. Briefly inform us of your issue and we will get in touch with you immediately.
