Sign Up - T&C

1. The Sign Up Offer (the “Offer”) is being offered by Reliance Communications  (RCOM) and is available for prospective Customers of Reliance Global Call service (the "Service"), who does the registration for the Prepaid Service during the Offer Period by selecting India as a country at the time of registration (the “eligible subscribers”).
2. The Offer shall be valid from the date of launch of the till March 31st, 2020 (12:00 Hrs GMT) (Both days are inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
3. The term ‘Sign Up Offer’ as used in these terms and conditions is only to signify the purpose and availments associated to the eligible subscribers.
4. The Offer will be available to the New Prepaid Customers (as defined hereinafter). The New Prepaid Customers means the customers who register for the Service during the Offer period.
5. The New Prepaid Customer upon successful registration for the Service with the denominations mentioned in the table below, during the Offer Period are entitled to such Additional Talk time in respect of each denomination. The Additional Talk time Value (in INR) as specified in the table below will be credited to such New Prepaid Customers account within  48 hours of the successful registration for the Service:

6. The Reliance Global Call customer is bound by the terms and conditions of the Reliance Global Call Customer Service Agreement (CSA) as amended from time to time, which the customer will or has agreed to upon registering for the Service.
7. All incidental costs, taxes and levies related to the Offer will be borne by the eligible subscribers.
8. In order to participate in the Offer, the eligible subscriber must complete all additional requirements as may be required by RCOM.
9. The completion of the call depends upon various things including but not limited to Network Availability, Third Party Network, Network of the Local Service Provider from where the call is initiated, Network of the Service Provider where the call is terminated, Network Availability at the place of calling party and/or Network availability at the place of call receiving party, and so on. Under no circumstances shall RCOM be held liable for any failure or disruption or disconnection (including early disconnection, pre matured disconnection) of the call, call drop, call not matured, call could not be connected, unable to call the desired destination number, interrupted voice quality, completeness of the call etc. The Prepaid Customers and the Pay After Use Customers hereby agree to indemnify and save RCOM, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), which may arise directly or indirectly (i) from the use of a Additional Talk Time, (ii) from the breach of any of the obligations, the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any warranties and representations made to RCOM, by the Customers, (iii) as a result of any claims asserted by third parties relating to the Offer. RCOM reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the Customers, in which event the Customers shall cooperate with RCOM, in asserting any available defenses.
10. Limitation of Liability:
    RCOM shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information), whether in contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or otherwise or any other damages resulting from any of the following:
    • the use or the inability to use the Service;
    • any defect in the Offer/Service;
    • any breach of the terms and conditions hereof.
11. RCOM reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the Offer at its sole discretion as may be required by business requirements or governmental authorities and all such changes shall be binding on the eligible subscribers without prior communication / notice to the eligible subscribers.
12. The Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. No substitution nor exchange or redemption of free talk time for an equivalent cash amount shall be provided under any circumstances. This Offer cannot be requested / combined with any other Offer or promotion made by RCOM.
13. The complaint/claim/dispute regarding the Offer should be made within 15 days of availing the Offer. No complaint/claim/dispute will be accepted and entertained in connection with the Offer after 15 days of the date of registration. RCOM shall not be held responsible for non-acceptance and non-entertainment of the complaint/claim/dispute. 
14. Once the Offer is availed, the amount of registration is not refundable and shall not be refunded under any circumstances and the Prepaid Customers shall not initiate any chargeback for the amount of registration, in case the same is done all the charges related to the chargeback will be borne exclusively by the Prepaid Customers
15. Upon your registration for the Reliance Global Call Service, (i) these terms and conditions will be deemed to be a part of the Reliance Global Call CSA and (ii) you will be bound by the other terms and conditions of the Reliance Global Call CSA.
16. The decision of RCOM in regard to the Offer shall be final and binding and is non-contestable.
17. RCOM reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
18. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction by the Courts located at Mumbai, India.
