Charges for the international calls are measured in whole minutes. All calls, which are fractions of a minute, are rounded up to the next whole minute (e.g. a call which lasts 1 minute 45 seconds will be charged as a 2 minute call). Timing on calls begins when the called party answers the call. Timing on calls ends when the calling party hangs up or Reliance Global Call network receives an "on-hook" signal from the terminating carrier - which is when the called party hangs up.
The call charges are on a pro-rata basis in the first invoice from the activation date to the "Bill Cycle End Date". Subsequently, call charges are levied on a monthly basis.
The billing starts the moment your account is activated.
You must make the payment within 15 days from the generation of the invoice.

In general, there is no additional surcharge (besides call rates) incurred by the customer for making international calls using Reliance Global Call.
However, Reliance may incur additional surcharge, regardless of a customer dialing the destination number, when the customer dials an intermediary (Toll Free/Toll Access) number to make international calls using Reliance Global Call platform from a public pay phone / other commercial phone system. As a result, Reliance charges customers additional surcharge in such cases to cover the average cost of all complete / incomplete calls made by the customer using its intermediary number.
This surcharge may be imposed for calls placed from the following locations:
- Public pay phone.
- Other commercial phone systems.
